Kyocera, a global leader in printing equipment and document solutions, has successfully held its FY25 LAD Open House, an event that brought together more than 25 representatives from various Kyocera locations in Latin America and the Caribbean.
For four days, from October 30th to November 2nd, 2024, attendees enjoyed various activities, including an exclusive cruise along “Millionaire’s Row” in Miami, as well as exquisite cuisine, and, above all, the opportunity to learn about Kyocera’s innovative cloud solutions, which benefit the financial, retail, education and health sectors, among others.
In total, 27 guests attended, representing the Latin American Division: 3 Kyocera Document Solutions (KDA) executives — Óscar Sánchez, Don Duvall, and José Estébanez —, a KDA channel support — Kelsey Taylor — and LAD staff. In addition, we were able to enjoy presentations by six names relevant to the company:
María Puig, Corporate Marketing Director, played a crucial role in the logistical organization of the event and presented us with a carefully planned agenda in the weeks leading up to the FY25 LAD Open House.
Óscar Sánchez, President and CEO of Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. gave guests a warm welcome and a message of thanks. He also delighted everyone with a brief overview of the company's history and achievements, as well as the current market situation and the future of our sector, led by inkjet production printing and textile printing.
Don Duvall, Vice President of Channel Sales, highlighted the long-term relationship and continued support of our channel partners, who represent Kyocera in each region of Latin America and the Caribbean, ready to offer innovative solutions with the support of the KDA organization.
José María Estébanez, Vice President of Corporate Marketing, provided a roadmap of Kyocera products, placing special emphasis on specific software solutions and key marketing initiatives at the company.
Rodrigo Almarza, Vice President of LAD Sales, highlighted the cultural, political, and financial particularities of the region, offering a value proposition to our customers and highlighting participation in key markets to boost Kyocera product sales.
Alberto Fernández, CEO of Annie Bonnie, Kyocera's communications agency, presented “The Digital Manifesto: Interaction, Innovation, Integration.” He highlighted that “in a world saturated with production, distribution, and delivery of content,” the leadership and trust of players who dominate the digital scene, such as Kyocera, is earned “through sophistication.” “We are talking about artificial intelligence, as well as natural intelligence, of course,” he added.
This meeting, beyond matters of business, was a fantastic opportunity to strengthen ties between Kyocera and its strategic partners in Latin America and the Caribbean. Participants exchanged knowledge, established new connections in a collaborative environment, and explored future business opportunities.
Thank you to all the participating countries that made this Open House an unforgettable experience: Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Paraguay, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Guatemala, Peru, and Costa Rica. See you soon!
